Spiros Zorbalas is the Managing Principal of UPI Property Management Group , a full service real estate rental development company specializing in the development of multi-family apartment complexes, urban condominiums and the condominium conversions of historic brownstone, town homes and hotels throughout Minnesota, Indiana and Florida.

In conjunction with UPI, Mr. Zorbalas is also the Managing Principle of RDG Real Estate Development company. This sister develops, markets and manages Condominium Complexes, Townhome Complexes as well as Single family homes in three different states. Mr. Zorbalas is a first generation Greek-American.

His parents migrated over from Greece after World War II. His father had a distinguished career at General Electric and RCA, and became the basis for Mr. Zorbalas inspiration. Mr. Zorbalas studied biochemistry at of the Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, where he went on to start his first company in the technology business in 1984.

In 1988, Mr. Zorbalas returned to graduate school at the University of Minnesota, where he attended Law School and Business School and received a MBA in finance and marketing. In 1993, Mr. Zorbalas joined Arthur Anderson Consulting, were he focused on providing strategic direction to Fortune 50 technology companies at the boardroom level.

In 1995 Mr. Zorbalas left Arthur Anderson to start his own consulting company, Atlanta Consulting Group International, Inc. Over a four-year period, Mr. Zorbalas’ consulting company advised over 20 Fortune 100 companies on strategic direction. In 1999 Mr. Zorbalas began his real estate career by founding Alpha Omega Companies, Inc. a consortium of companies where he is managing principle of over 200 employees.
