Description
UPi is looking for experienced individuals or couples willing to live on site in one of our rental properties and perform caretaking duties. Inexperienced applicants will be considered as well. Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to working with our leasing staff, collecting rent, maintaining the cleanliness of your building, tenant relations, light yard work and snow shoveling, and more. UPi is looking for any persons, junior or senior, to join our maintenance team. We are willing to train junior personnel, and/or hire new apprentices straight out of vocational school. You will have an opportunity to join our team in its second year of continued growth in the Uptown rental market and profit from joining our company in its earlier stages of development. Job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall repair and renovation, painting and more. You will work for two experienced maintenance managers with combined experience of over 40 years in the field. A car is a must and all rental properties are located within a 2 miles radius around Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles.
